Failed updates in your windows

Go to your control pannel, i have mine saved on my task bar cause I use it all the time.  If yours is not that close right click what ever icon your windows displays in the left buttom corner.  It will be different in windows 7,8,8.1 and 10.  find the word search click on it or click in the search box.  Write trouble in the search bar

- click on "troubleshooting"
      (find and fix problems)

- click on "Fix problems with Windows Update"
       (System and Security)
- click on "try troubleshooting as an administrator"
and that should do the trick...
